These pinwheels are delicious and can be paired with a variety of dips. I usually serve them with my homemade creamy buffalo sauce but feel free to choose any dip you enjoy.
One of my favorites is a creamy cheese dip, which is so versatile I can eat it with just about anything. Plus, it takes only 5 minutes to whip up!

Ingredients
200-gram Pizza Dough Ball- You can use a pizza dough ball of any size and roll it out using a rolling pin. I have used homemade leftover pizza dough for this recipe, which is the popular Bobby Flay’s Pizza dough recipe. It is an easy recipe, and you can get the pizza dough ready in 3-4 hours with this recipe.
4 tbsp Buffalo Sauce—You can use any buffalo sauce, but I didn’t want this recipe to get too spicy, so I used buffalo ranch sauce. This sauce adds flavor and gives the pinwheels or pizza rolls a nice, creamy, tangy kick.
1 cup shredded chicken—Spread some shredded chicken around and use as much as you want. I usually do not go overboard with the chicken and try to cover the dough as evenly as possible, just like a pizza.
3/4 cup Mozzarella cheese—You can now finally spread some mozzarella cheese. You do not need a lot of mozzarella cheese, but make sure you spread it evenly and do not overfill these buffalo chicken pizza rolls/ pinwheels. Cutting them gets difficult when you overfill them, so ensure you fill them evenly and just enough. Do not go overboard with the fillings.
2 tbsp Sesame Seeds—Roasted sesame seeds are good on these pinwheels or pizza rolls and look good sprinkled on top of them.
Salt and Pepper—You should drizzle a good amount of salt and pepper on these pizza rolls; the quantity depends on you. You can add more or less, depending on your taste and liking. I just sprinkle both on top, but it is optional.

Tips to cook this recipe-
1. Chill: Refrigerate the assembled buffalo chicken pizza rolls for about 1 hour. This helps the ingredients firm up, making cutting the dough into perfect pinwheels easier.
2. Rest: After cutting the pinwheels, let them rest for 15-30 minutes. This brings the pizza dough to room temperature and allows for a good rise while baking. Be cautious not to leave them out for more than an hour due to the chicken and cheese, which can spoil.
3. Preheat: Preheat your oven to 200°C (about 400°F) for 15-20 minutes before baking. Proper preheating ensures the pizza rolls cook evenly and quickly, enhancing flavor.
4. Top with Sesame Seeds: After cutting the pinwheels, sprinkle sesame seeds on top and gently press them down. This helps them toast nicely during baking.
5. Prepare the Pan: Grease your baking pan with oil or butter to prevent sticking. Parchment paper is also a good idea, as it simplifies cleanup and prevents the cheese from sticking to the pan.

- 1 Cup Shredded Chicken
- 3/4 Cup Mozzarella
- 4 tbsp Buffalo Sauce
- 1 Pinch Salt Pepper
- 2 tsp Sesame seeds
Instructions
- You can roll out the pizza dough on a surface and make it slightly thick so that it is easier to cut into and make pinwheels.
- Spread the buffalo sauce and then top it with shredded chicken and mozzarella cheese, just like you would on a pizza. Make sure to leave a quarter-inch of space on one side of the dough so that you can roll it up easily and have some space to close the dough.

- Preheat the oven for 15-20 minutes at 200°C and cook these pinwheels for 13-15 minutes. Grease the pan on which you place the pinwheels and sprinkle some sesame seeds on top before putting them in the oven.
