Cuisine American
- 100 grams Pizza Dough
- 2 tbsp White Garlic Sauce
- 25 grams Chicken chunks
- 4-5 Sliced Button Mushrooms
- 1/2 Cup Mozzarella Cheese
Begin by rolling out the pizza dough into a circle about 6-7 inches wide, ensuring it’s even all around. Place it on a greased or parchment-lined baking tray.
Now, spread 2 tbsp of creamy white garlic pizza sauce(alfredo sauce will do as well) over the surface.
Scatter a handful of shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce, letting it form a soft, melty base.
Place the sliced mushrooms and chicken chunks evenly over the pizza, making sure each bite will have a bit of everything. To top it off, sprinkle a little extra mozzarella cheese to hold the toppings together as they bake.
Don’t forget to preheat your convection oven to 200°C—this step is important to get a perfectly cooked pizza. Once preheated, lower the temperature slightly to 190°C and Bake for around 15 minutes, or until the cheese has small brown spots and crust is golden.
Take the pizza out of the oven, slice it and enjoy.
