Kiwi Mojito Mocktail with Sprite/Soda
If you’re looking for another great fruit drink, try this Kiwi Mojito Mocktail. It’s one of my favorites, especially when paired with a delicious meat lover’s pizza.
Summers can get hot, so to beat the heat, I always make non-alcoholic drinks loaded with ice.
This Kiwi Mojito refresher is exactly that, and the best part is it’s super easy to make. I’ve used Sprite for this recipe, but you can totally swap it for soda if you prefer.

I personally love using Sprite or soda for that crisp, refreshing flavor, but if you’re aiming for a healthier option, just use plain water and ice, and it’ll still taste absolutely delicious.
Give this easy Kiwi Mojito Mocktail recipe a try, and I promise, you’ll be making it every summer. I never thought I’d be sharing my personal favorite drink recipes here, but after sharing my summer special Watermelon Mint Cooler and Virgin Mojito, I think this one deserves some love, too.
Ingredients
Kiwi – I used three kiwis in total for this Kiwi mojito recipe. I chopped up two and saved one for garnishing. This recipe makes enough puree for four 350 ml glasses, so adjust the amount based on how many drinks you’re making.

Sprite – I used Sprite from a 250 ml bottle, which was enough for two glasses of drink. So, for four glasses, you’ll need more Sprite (about two 250 ml bottles or 500 ml total) if you want to fill all four glasses. You can also mix Sprite with water to reduce the sweetness if you’d like. You can use Sparkling water or soda for this recipe.
Mint Leaves – I used a little too many mint leaves, but I’d recommend about 4-5 leaves per kiwi. Too much mint can overpower the drink and make it taste bitter, so don’t overdo it, especially since we’re blending them.
Lemon Juice – The juice of one lemon is perfect for this recipe. You can also use the juice of half a lime if you do not have lemon juice.
Sugar – Only add sugar if you’re using soda or water, as Sprite already has sweeteners. Since I used Sprite, I skipped the sugar.
How to make this Kiwi Mojito Mocktail Recipe?
1. Take 2 chopped kiwis, mint leaves, and lemon juice, and blend them together until they form a smooth puree-like texture.
2. Grab a tall glass, fill it with ice, and pour in 1-2 tbsp of the kiwi puree.

3. Top it off with Sprite to fill the glass. If you’re using soda instead of Sprite, you can add a bit of sugar or honey to the mixture to sweeten it up.

Tips to make this Perfect
1. Don’t skip the ice cubes—trust me, that’s what makes this recipe extra refreshing and delicious!
2. If you’re a Kiwi fan, you can also chop up some kiwi slices and add them to the drink. It’s super tasty with the kiwi pulp, but whether you add it or not is totally up to you if you enjoy fresh kiwi in your drink.

3. If you’re using water or soda, definitely add sugar to sweeten things up. But if you’re using Sprite, skip the sugar, as Sprite is already sweet enough and adding more might make it way too sugary.
