I do have to say that there is a learning curve with this pizza oven. The high temperature that it can get can be a little overwhelming for beginners and hard to control or cook.
The main solution for this is that you can manage the pizza every 20 seconds. You can turn it around so that the side of the pizza facing the burner at the back does not burn too easily.
The opening of the pizza oven is decent as it has a height of 3.75 inches. It is pretty small for thick pizzas, so I hope this improves their next models for better management.
However, the pizza oven was great overall as it was able to produce the best pizzas. The crust was always crispy and with the right management of the pizza, it did not burn the food.
Cleaning And Maintenance
There is not much needed when cleaning this pizza oven. However, you do need to clean the pizza oven after use so that food residuals will not stick to the firebrick at the bottom.
The best way to clean off the food residuals on the firebrick is to burn them. Set the pizza oven to 1000 degrees Fahrenheit and then let it stay there for at least 30 minutes.
By then, the food residuals burn to a crisp, and then you can easily brush them off. This is done so you do not damage the firebrick with water when cleaning.

The oven is good but I did have some problems when I contacted their customer care as I never received a response from them.
Please check with them once before making your final purchase, otherwise, I REALLY like the oven but this is the only small glitch that I have faced.
