White Pizza Sauce
This garlic white pizza sauce recipe is creamy, delicious, easy and takes less than 10 minutes to make . It is similar to garlic alfredo but more cheesy because of the parmesan cheese in it. It goes well with steamed vegetables, pasta, pizza, breadsticks dip and even calzones.

Cuisine American
- 2 tbsp All Purpose Flour
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1/2 tbsp Ground Fresh Garlic
- 1 cup Milk
- 2 tbsp Parmesan Cheese
- 2 tbsp Cream Cheese
Melt the butter in a pan on a low flame and add garlic and then all purpose flour, mix them well and cook on low heat till it turns slightly golden.
Add little milk to this mixture not the entire cup at once. Add a little first and mix it well with the roux so it doesn't form any lumps. Once you get a smooth mixture with the milk, you can add the rest of the milk and mix.
Add all the seasonings that is- salt, pepper and oregano.
Add some grated parmesan cheese and if you want to make it more creamy, add some cream cheese(I have skipped it, but I usually use it).
Cook it until it thickens and all the cheese has melted with constant stirring, and then turn off the heat.
1. You can use any milk you like, it doesn't have to be full-fat. Skimmed milk would do as well.
2. If you are vegan, you can replace this recipe with vegan milk, cheese, and butter to get a vegan version that tastes just as good.
3. It is fine if you do not have cream cheese; just parmesan will do. However, you have to add one cheese to flavor the sauce, and you can replace it with any other cheese that you like.
4. You can use garlic powder instead of freshly crushed garlic; make sure you use double the amount of garlic powder compared to how much freshly crushed garlic you use.
