Shrey
This Watermelon Mint Cooler Mocktail is the perfect drink for a hot summer day. Made with fresh watermelon juice, lime juice, and mint leaves, it’s light, healthy, and super refreshing. Add some club soda or sparkling water and serve over ice for a cool, fizzy drink that is going to be a hit. This easy vegan recipe is a must-try mint mocktail especially for summers.
Prep Time 15 minutes mins
1 Container/ Large Jug
1 Spoon to mix
1 Blender
1 Seive/Strainer
- 400 ml Watermelon Juice
- 300 ml Soda
- 1/2 piece Lemon
- 1 Cup Mint Leaves
- 1/2 Cup Cucumber Slices
Cut the watermelon into cubes and then blend it in a blender. Strain all the juice through a sieve into a large container or jug.
Add all the other ingredients to this container and keep it in the refrigerator for about 2–3 hours so all the flavours from the mint and cucumber infuse into the water. In this recipe, I only used lemon juice, but if you want, you can even add lemon slices—although I didn’t.
Now pour this Watermelon Mint Cooler into small cups and enjoy it with some mint on top as garnish and a cucumber slice on the rim of the cup for that elegant aesthetic.
