Ingredients

  • 250 grams Pizza Dough
  • 5-6 whole Button Mushrooms
  • 2 tbsp Spinach
  • 3 tbsp White Garlic Pizza Sauce
  • 1 Cup Dry Mozzarella

Instructions

  • Start by rolling out your pizza dough to the size and thickness you prefer. Whether it’s homemade or store-bought, just make sure it’s even and ready for the toppings. This step sets the foundation for the perfect pizza.
  • Spread a generous layer of white garlic sauce across the dough, covering it evenly. You can add a generous amount of it as you want to enhance the flavor without making the base soggy.
  • Sprinkle a decent amount of shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce. This layer creates a barrier to keep the toppings from releasing too much moisture into the dough and make it soggy.
  • Place sliced mushrooms and fresh spinach across the cheese. Cut the mushrooms on the thicker side, so they don’t dry out or burn while baking.
  • Add a final, lighter sprinkle of mozzarella over the toppings. This cheese layer keeps everything in place.
  • Preheat your convection oven to 200°C (392°F) for about 10 minutes. Preheating ensures the pizza will bake evenly and the crust will turn golden and crisp.
  • Bake the pizza at 190°C (374°F) for 18 to 19 minutes. Keep an eye on it as it cooks—if you prefer a more golden and crispy crust, leave it in for an extra minute or two. For thin-crust pizzas, aim for about 15 to 16 minutes to avoid overcooking.
