- 250 grams Pizza Dough
- 5-6 whole Button Mushrooms
- 2 tbsp Spinach
- 3 tbsp White Garlic Pizza Sauce
- 1 Cup Dry Mozzarella
Start by rolling out your pizza dough to the size and thickness you prefer. Whether it’s homemade or store-bought, just make sure it’s even and ready for the toppings. This step sets the foundation for the perfect pizza.
Spread a generous layer of white garlic sauce across the dough, covering it evenly. You can add a generous amount of it as you want to enhance the flavor without making the base soggy.
Sprinkle a decent amount of shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce. This layer creates a barrier to keep the toppings from releasing too much moisture into the dough and make it soggy.
Place sliced mushrooms and fresh spinach across the cheese. Cut the mushrooms on the thicker side, so they don’t dry out or burn while baking.
Add a final, lighter sprinkle of mozzarella over the toppings. This cheese layer keeps everything in place.
Preheat your convection oven to 200°C (392°F) for about 10 minutes. Preheating ensures the pizza will bake evenly and the crust will turn golden and crisp.
Bake the pizza at 190°C (374°F) for 18 to 19 minutes. Keep an eye on it as it cooks—if you prefer a more golden and crispy crust, leave it in for an extra minute or two. For thin-crust pizzas, aim for about 15 to 16 minutes to avoid overcooking.
Enjoy your Pizza.
