This no-bake strawberry mousse is an easy and delicious dessert made with fresh cream and strawberry jam. - 250 ml Fresh Cream
- 2-3 tbsp Strawberry Jam (sometimes even more)
- 1-2 tbsp Powdered Sugar(Optional)
- 10-15 Slices Fresh strawberry slices (for layering and topping)
Make sure the fresh cream is well chilled. Pour it into a blender and blend using short 2–3 second pulses. After about 5–7 pulses, the cream will thicken and become creamy. Do not add sugar at this stage.
Add the strawberry jam and blend for just one quick pulse so it mixes evenly with the cream.
Add powdered sugar according to your taste and gently fold it into the mixture using a spoon. Do not blend again.
To assemble, spoon a little strawberry jam into the bottom of a serving cup. Add the strawberry mousse on top and finish with fresh strawberry slices.
Refrigerate for at least 6–12 hours before serving.

For a lighter and fluffier mousse, you can use whipping cream instead of fresh cream.
