Garlic Knots with Pizza Dough

If you have not made these easy homemade garlic knots with pizza dough, then you are missing out on these flaky yet soft, on the inside, garlicky treats. Garlic knots are the best appetizers for any party and can be made in 15 minutes. You can make this recipe with leftover pizza dough, pilbury dough or storebought pizza dough, it is pretty versatile.

Ingredients
  

  • 200 grams Pizza dough
  • 4 tbsp Butter
  • 6-7 cloves Minced Garlic
  • 1 tsp Dried Parsley
  • 1 tsp Salt

Instructions
 

  • Take the pizza dough and form a cylindrical shaped log. Now, roll out the log as thick or thin as you want, depending on the size of the garlic knots. I make a long log and cut it into three.
  • Once you get a cylindrical log of your desired thickness and length, you need to make a loop with the dough.
  • Put one of the ends of the dough through the loophole. You have made a garlic knot.
  • Place all the garlic knots on a pan and bake them in the oven at 200°C for 25 minutes.
  • Once they come out of the oven, it is time to dunk them in some butter mixture.
  • Make the butter mix by adding butter, minced garlic, parsley and salt together.
  • Your garlic knots are ready. Serve them with some Marinara Sauce.
