Christmas Tree Pizza Bites
If you want to make a quick party appetizer then check out these christmas tree pizza bites that are perfect for Christmas. They are going to be a hit with the pizza sauce and cheese filling on the inside making the best finger food for any event.
Equipment
- 1 Convection oven
Ingredients
- Pizza Dough
- 4 tbsp Pizza Sauce
- 1/2 Cup Cheese
- 1/2 Cup Bell Peppers+ Mushroom(sauteed in salt and pepper)
Instructions
- Roll out pizza dough on a flat surface.
- In a pan, sauté finely chopped bell peppers and mushrooms with salt and pepper until moisture evaporates. On the dough, add pizza sauce, the sautéed bell pepper and mushroom filling, and mozzarella cheese. Pinch and seal the edges.
- Place the filled dough in a mold, press it firmly to ensure it sticks perfectly and takes the mold's shape. Press it down again to match the mold.
- Bake in the oven at 200 °C for 12-15 minutes. Remove from the mold and cook the other side for another 5 minutes at the same temperature to get some color on the top of the pizza bites.
- Your delicious pizza bites are now ready to enjoy!
Notes
1. Cooking on the other side of the Christmas tree bites is optional.
2. The filling ingredients can change depending on your convenience. You do not have to stick to the ones I mentioned; you can change the filling according to what you have in your pantry.
3. You do not need to spray oil using silicone molds like I did since the pizza bites come off quickly.
