This recipe is the perfect way to enjoy a homemade pan pizza with minimal effort and maximum flavor. This cast iron pan pizza recipe creates a beautifully crispy crust while keeping the inside soft and airy. This method ensures a perfectly golden, crispy base that holds all the toppings without getting soggy. Create a pizza that tastes like it came from Pizza Hut with simple ingredients like pizza dough, pizza sauce, mushrooms, olives, bell peppers, and cheese.

Ingredients
  

  • 300 grams Pizza Dough
  • 2 tbsp Pizza Sauce
  • 6-7 Finely Slices Capscicum
  • 6 Sliced Black Olives
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • Spicy Garlic Mushrooms

Spicy Garlic Mushrooms

  • 4 cloves Garlic
  • 8-10 Medium sized Mushrooms
  • 2 Chillis Finely Chopped
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil()

Instructions
 

  • Take a pizza dough ball and stretch it evenly in a pan. For a 9-inch cast iron pan, use about 300 grams of pizza dough. You can adjust the dough weight based on your choice for a thicker or thinner crust, but 300 grams generally works well for a balanced crust.
  • Heat a cast iron pan or pizza steel(place it inside the oven unlike cast iron pan) on high heat for a few minutes till you see smoke coming out of the surface . Once it’s hot, place the stretched pizza dough into the pan to cook the base. This step ensures a nice, crisp crust at the bottom. Let it cook for 2-3 minutes on high heat, then turn off the heat and remove the pan from the stove.
  • Spread pizza sauce evenly over the partially cooked dough. Add cheese and your preferred toppings. To secure the toppings, gently press them down with some melted butter.
  • Place the pan pizza in a preheated oven. Preheat the convection oven to 200°C for about 15 minutes and bake the pizza at 190-200°C for 15-16 minutes.
  • Once done, remove the pizza from the oven. Slice and serve hot. Enjoy your delicious homemade pan pizza!

Spicy Garlic Mushroom

  • Add olive oil to a pan, then finely chop chillis and garlic into it and saute it. Make sure they dont turn brown and cook until the oil gets fragrant.
  • Cook the mushrooms in this oil at high heat for 5-10 minutes. Add salt at the end of cooking the mushrooms. Transfer the mushrooms to a bowl and let it cool down a bit.
