They are straightforward to use, and with the Performer Grill, we are going to see how it is better than other grills out there and the features that make it the best.
Since I’m more of a pizza enthusiast, I’m going to talk about how you can cook pizza inside the grill and suggest a few different ways in which you can do so.

The Weber Premium Grill is pretty useful and can work wonders if you are willing to experiment with making different dishes on this grill.
It comes with a 22.5″ inches cooking grate which can be unhinged so that you can place the coals underneath it. It also comes with a center grate that would help you keep your pizza stone on top to cook pizzas.
You can even use the center grate for grilling and making several other dishes. The grill comes on a cart with wheels so that you can quickly move it around and lock it whenever needed.
Since it is a huge outdoor grill, you are going to need some dedicated space in your backyard. The grill comes with a work station beside it, and you can use the area to prep up your dishes before you get started with cooking them on the grill.
The grill comes with hooks for you to hang your tools, and the entire design of the grill makes it incredibly user-friendly.
There is a temperature monitor on the grill, but I would highly suggest that you use an IF thermometer to measure the temperature or a Digital thermometer.
These are more accurate, which would help you in getting better grilling results.
How to cook Pizza in the Weber Performer Premium Grill?
Now, this grill piqued my interest because not only is it a great quality grill, but it is also going to last me decades.
If you can cook an amazing pizza inside it, you would not need to invest in a pizza oven separately.
There are a lot of other advantages when it comes to using a pizza oven, but if you are looking for a decent grill that can be used as a pizza oven, then the Weber grill is perfect for it.
There are a couple of ways in which you can cook a pizza inside the grill. However, the idea that I go for more often is the one where I place a pizza stone on the grill and wait for it to get heated up by closing the grill.
Make sure that you measure the temperature of the stone using an IF thermometer and once you feel that the stone has reached the ideal temperature, which should be around 500°F or even higher.
The higher the temperature, the better the results. Make sure that once you place the pizza inside the grill, you do not open the grill as you need to maintain the temperature inside so that the pizza cooks perfectly.
Within 5-7 minutes, you would have your pizza ready. The pizza would taste great, and it would be difficult to tell that you have cooked it on a grill.

Would I recommend the Weber Grill for cooking Pizzas?
Definitely, yes. The grill comes with its own set of advantages, and one of them has to be the fact that you can cook anything inside the grill with ease.
Cooking pizzas are going to be amazing as you get the pizza cooked to perfection with an amazing crispy bottom along with the toppings that are chewy and the melted cheese.
Everything about the grill is so perfect that there is no way I would say that you should go for it.

The Weber Performer Premium Grill is impressive and comes with a lot of features. It has almost everything that you need to cook a dish to perfection.
You can cook pizzas on the grill as well, all you need is a pizza stone and a pizza peel to turn around the pizza when required. The Grill has a nice spacious workstation as well, and the build is so amazing that it would last you for decades.
