Pizza Bombs Biscuit in Air fryer- EASY RECIPE!

Pizza Bombs are my new favorite, and since they are so delicious, I planned on making them in my air fryer, and the result was too good not to share on this blog. So, here it is, my Pizza Bombs Biscuit Recipe in Air Fryer.

Pizza Bombs have this unique texture; they are nice and crisp on the outside, and on the inside, you have a cheese-filled center that makes it so delicious that there is no way you are not going to fall in love with this amazing quick recipe.

It is effortless to make, and you will enjoy these bombs thoroughly; we have used the Pillsbury Biscuit Canned dough, so the ingredients you need are easily accessible.

So, let’s get into the recipe in detail-

Table of Contents

  • Step 4

Ingredients

– Can of Pillsbury Grands

– Mozzarella Cheese or Cheese Mix

– Pepperoni Slices

– Butter

– Garlic Powder

– Salt and Pepper

– Marinara Sauce(Optional)

Method-

Step 1

Open the can of the Pillsbury biscuit dough and take one of the pieces from it; not roll out that piece or flatten it with your hands and drop a dollop of marinara sauce, then a slice of pepperoni and a cube of cheese or some shredded cheese mix.

In this step, you can skip the marinara sauce if you do not have it or do not like it. You can even replace it with ketchup if you want some sweetness in your pizza bombs.

It is optional and depends on your taste.

Step 2

Now wrap up the flattened dough from all the sides with the fillings remaining in the center and turn them into small balls now. Once you have nicely wrapped up all the dough pieces into a ball shape.

Once done with this step, let’s move on to the next.

Step 3

Take the butter and melt it; once it’s all melted, you need to add some garlic powder, pepper, and a pinch of salt. I personally love this combination, and I coat all the pizza bombs with a layer of this before I place them on my air fryer.

Pull out your air fryer basket, place all these bombs on it, and cook it in the air fryer at 300 F for about 10 minutes. And once the time is up, your pizza biscuit bombs are all cooked and ready to eat.

Step 4

Remove them from the air fryer tray and place them on a nice plate and coat them again with the butter to have a nice glaze on top and a nice buttery garlic flavor.

Now serve them while hot.

I have been eating these a lot as they are easy to cook and they taste so delicious, it is just too good not to make them often.

Do cook them in the air fryer, and let me know how you like it!
