There is also an attachment that allows you to put gas as fuel and combine it with wood so it gives that rich flavor on your pizza from the smoke.

All of the unwanted moisture from the dough is absorbed by the cordierite baking stone and makes the crispy crust in less than a minute.
The Bertello Pizza Oven has a powerful fire that it produces with such a small size. Using the wood as fuel still gets the job done but it is slower for sure.
The best fuel, in my opinion, is the combination. You use the gas fuel for more power and combine the wood to get that smoky flavor in your pizza.
It is just a bummer that the attachment does not come with the oven. However, it still makes it better since when you are outside the house, you can get wood from anywhere as your fuel.
Both ovens can cook many recipes with the power that they both produce.
The Ooni Koda 16 is the new addition of Ooni to their gas-fueled ovens and although there is nothing new when it comes to the design, it is undoubtedly a more powerful oven.
You get the new innovative L-shaped burner and you can be sure that the flames will heat up the entire oven with no problem at all.
With some added funds you can get the Ooni Koda 16 as it is more powerful and helps you cook pizzas quickly.
The larger cooking space also means that you can cook large pizzas and various other dishes inside this pizza oven using an iron skillet.
There is a lot that you can possibly explore when it comes to cooking with the Ooni Koda 16 pizza oven. Another reason to get this pizza oven would be the three-year warranty that comes with the oven when bought from their official website.
The Bertello Pizza oven is amazing as well considering it is a powerful oven for its size and with just a smaller capacity but gives you more choices for the fuel that you may use.
So if you want to move around a little bit more often then the Bertello Pizza Oven is the choice for you and if you want to cook just in your backyard, then you can get the Ooni Koda 16.
Ooni Karu is a similar pizza oven to the Bertello one (including the price) but slightly larger so if you want to get something exactly similar to the Bertello Pizza Oven but with a larger cooking space then you could go with the Karu as well.
However, both the ovens are portable and can be moved by one person so I do not see this being a major downside.
The fuel and the size of the oven is something you should consider along with the money that you are ready to invest in a pizza oven.
