  • 2 tbsps of oil
  • 1 cup of water

For your sauce:

  • 12 ounces tomato sauce
  • 6 ounces tomato paste
  • 1 tbsp of ground oregano
  • 1 tbsp of garlic (minced)
  • 1 tsp of ground paprika

For your toppings:

It is really up to you on what toppings you want to put on your pizza but here are a few examples:

Directions:

1. After mixing the base with the water and oil, knead the dough for at least five minutes to activate the gluten in the mixture adding more taste and texture.

4. Mix the ingredients of the sauce in a bowl and stir them until the mixture is consistent.

5. Put flour on the pizza stone to prevent the dough from sticking in it.

6. After the dough has doubled its size due to the yeast, put in on your pizza stone and spread it covering the stone while making sure that the edges are thicker.

7. Put the pizza dough on the hot baking stone and let it cook at 250 C or 425 F for 8 to 10 minutes. 

8. Take a scoop of the sauce that you have made and spread it evenly on the dough.

9. Put the cheese on top of the sauce and then your preferred toppings.

10. Put the pizza in the oven and let it cook for another 10 minutes.

11. Serve and enjoy!
