Pizza On A Weber Gas Grill
Step 1: Preheat And Pre-cook

You can either cook them lightly on a pan until they start to brown, or better yet, grill them to get the same vibe as the other toppings. You do not have to fully cook the toppings in this process.
Step 2: Prepare The Pizza
About an hour before cooking, bring out the dough from your fridge and then let it rise at room temperature. This will make the pizza dough softer and, therefore, easier to roll and shape.
After it has thawed down and has risen a little bit, get a large portion, enough for your guests, and then knead it. You can use a rolling pin for a precise roll, but I prefer using my hands.

After 4 minutes, check the pizza dough if the bottom part is brown a little bit. Once it is hard enough, lift it, turn it about 45 degrees, and then flip it over to let the other side cook.
Once you flip the crust over, quickly place the toppings on the crust and close the grill lid right after. Make sure to do this process quickly as the grill will easily lose heat when opened.
Tip: if you want to place the toppings faster on the crust, mix them in a bowl after pre-cooking them and then just scatter them once the crust cooks on one side.
Tip 2: putting the cheese first instead of the sauce is helpful. One unique way of making this recipe is to mix the pizza sauce with the toppings beforehand and put them all at once.
Once you have put the toppings, cheese, and sauce on the crust, you need to close the grill right away. Let the pizza cook for another 4 minutes before checking to make sure it is cooks.
