The other ingredients that you will need are the basic ingredients for pizza dough except for the yeast. So you need to get some water, olive oil, kosher salt, and baking powder for this dough.
That means that the gluten-free dough for your pizza will not rise as much as the regular pizza dough. It will also have a different consistency, so make sure to try and get to the right one.

Step 5: Cook The Pizza
Since Ooni pizza ovens have their pizza stones inside, you do not need to put the pizza on any cookware or stoneware. Just slide it carefully onto a dusted pizza peel and slide it inside.
With the maximum temperature, the pizza will finish cooking in just 60 seconds. For every 20 seconds, turn the pizza around to ensure that one side of the pizza does not burn.
This is especially important if you’re using any other pizza oven from Ooni aside from the Ooni Koda 16. The fire comes from the back, so you need to turn the pizza every now and then.
Ooni pizza ovens can create an evenly heated environment, so you need to turn the pizza. However, turning the pizza will make sure that they do not burn, so I still recommend it.
